Yoga has existed in the Oriental world for many centuries, but nowadays, is becoming more and more popular among the western countries.

This practice entered in the western world in the twenty century. Due to the stress problems that actual societies are living, this phisical, mental and spiritual practice has appeared in order to harmonize the people.

There are many beliefs about the terapeutic effect of the yoga practice. Many studies are being carried out nowadays to verify the effectiveness of yoga in relation to cancer, heart disease, mind illness, among others.

The use of high temperatures is a way to reflect the India temperature and also is believed that helps in the muscle relaxation, avoiding injuries. The temperature increse the body perspiration and impulse the detoxification.
